26th May 2015 – Usain took his seventh Golden Spike title in Ostrava winning the 200m on a cold and wet night in the Czech city. The 28 year old clocked 20.13 seconds to add to his 200m victories of 2006 & 2008. Speaking to reporters after the race Usain commented – “’I’m always happy to be in Ostrava. It’s one of my favourite places to run. It always rains. It was difficult as it was a little bit colder than I thought it would be. I just need to try to get myself into running shape. It’s all about the work and the technique.”
